The 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Economics Student Association is a student organization dedicated to offering networking opportunities to economics majors and minors in both the College of Arts and Sciences and the Leavey School of Business. The association organizes informal and formal events and activities that are designed to help students build relationships with professors, alumni, potential employers, and each other.
I joined the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Economics Student Association because I wanted to network with alumni and professionals who could help me find job opportunities after graduation. The resume workshops and career panels provided practical skills that complemented my coursework, while the social events let me connect with fellow economics students in a relaxed setting.
Leading ESA as Co-President has not only gotten me more involved in the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ community, but has given me valuable insights into being a leader. Meeting fellow economics majors has also created a tight-knit community where everyone is supported and welcomed.
