91¶ÌÊÓƵ's Sustainability Strategic Plan has a goal to reduce travel emissions. Six objectives related to this goal are:

1. Reduce single-occupancy vehicle commuting rate for employees to 60%
2. Reduce vehicle miles traveled per capita by 10% by 2025
3. Increase employee public transit commuters 2% by 2025
4. Increase commuters' average fuel efficiency 1% annually until 2029
5. Increase bicycle ridership 2% by 2022
6. Reduce University-funded travel emissions as much as possible by 2029

Each year, the Center for Sustainability and Transportation Services inventories students and employees to get a better sense of commute habits and to see transportation trends.
