Director's Message Welcome to Our Fall 2025 Issue!
In Silicon Valley, it’s easy to equate value creation with making money. I believe value creation starts with a different question: Who is the Value for? Real value emerges when we work on what matters. That means we create solutions that improve lives, strengthen communities, and address impactful issues. And those solutions should be designed to avoid creating new problems.
The best entrepreneurs don’t just build companies; they design systems where social value and business success reinforce one another. Here, we explore that broader lens of value creation. How entrepreneurs cultivate resilience, build relationships that endure, and balance short- and long-term impact.
Ultimately, value creation isn’t just about capturing profit. It’s about aligning what we build with what the world truly needs.

We hope you enjoy this issue!
