Policy Updates

Discrimination Policies

The University implemented two discrimination policies on August 1, 2024, in place of what was originally one policy incorporated in the Faculty Handbook as Appendix F. Both the Title IX policy (for sex-based discrimination and harassment) and the Equal Opportunity Policy (for other forms of discrimination and harassment) may be found on the Office of Equal Opportunity and Title IX policy page.

Reproductive Loss Leave Policy

An interim policy for faculty and staff to bring us into compliance with state law has been posted as policy 625 in the Staff Policy Manual. The policy will be reviewed through the normal governance process before it is finalized.
